Brayden is a tropper. Here he is all ready for his EEG. He was pretty proud of his cool hat. He was wonderful. They monitor him for an hour where he had to lay still and not move his head. Anyone that knows Brayden know an hour of no movement never happens. Brayden's last seizure was January 2010. This appointment was to hopefully take him off medication. We were suprised to learn he is still showing irregular brain activity. It dosen't mean he is having seizures it just means there is still spikes in his brain waves that the chances of having anothe seizure is higher. We are keeping him on his medication right now even though it is a very very low dose. We have wondered how the medication has affected Brayden. He has had a hard year and we are looking forward to summer to take a break and have fun being together.
