So everyday Brayden is more and more mischievous. Today he topped it all. While I was getting ready, Brayden found an entire (large) jar of Vaseline and rubbed it EVERYWHERE!! He had it up and down his arms and legs. All over his shirt, shorts, and head. When that was covered he smeared it all over the couch. I was only gone 2 minutes... but that is what a 16 month old can do in a second. Any ideas how to get Vaseline out of hair, clothes, and a couch I'd appreciate it!

The internet says to put corn starch in his hair
then rinse with shampoo and then wash it out with Dawn dish washing soap and repeat......
Brayden had 3 baths today and the Vaseline is still in his hair (although getting better). We'll have to start over again tomorrow.

Are you sure that what the internet said wasn't a joke? =) I guess that would be kind of funny if it was because that picture of Brayden with cornstartch in his hair is great! Hey, we still need to get together, email me when you can. It's summer, yeah we could do something fun!
oh my gosh....that is so funny! to bad i didn't stop by that day!!! it was so fun seeing you. brayden is so cute. the cookies were a hit and still are!!! i owe you big time! carson had a kinda similar situation....ok maybe not similar but really scary. i was out of the room for a min or two and he found the door stopper and was playing with it. next thing i know he had pulled off the white tip and was chewing on it. crazy the things they find and what they do with them. hope you had a good 4th with the family!

thats my nephew!! amazing, adorable, and completely horrible for you to have to deal with! to be honest i know you were laughing hysterically on the inside. its just vaseline and now you have incriminating pictures for when he starts dating (which is far far away!). im going to have to show mom and dad this!
